Step 1. Visual Input
Email me all the information about the project that you can: floor plans, elevations, details, pictures, sketches and materials (.jpeg, .pdf, .dwg files, links to images or websites).
The quickest and easiest for me is to use AutoCAD files to get the detail measurements that I need.
Step 2. Determine Schedule
We’ll schedule a phone meeting to confirm the details, go over the floor plans, material selections and develop a timeline for the stages and project deadline.
We’ll set-up checkpoints along the way to make the project is proceeding and to answer questions, or to make needed alterations that might come up.[/two_third_last]
Step 3. Estimate
I’ll get back to you with an Estimated Cost (with a not-to-exceed clause) a Timeline and Benchmark stages for alterations. A 50% deposit is required to begin the project. Your input for material finishes on window trim, doors, floor and wall colors will be needed throughout the process. I’ll save time by using the components library with thousands of (fixtures, furniture, landscaping, hardware, etc.) to give you a personalized style and image for the model.
